Withdrawal Right

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with their order, they may exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date they received the purchased products on http://www.mental4smoke.com/. Products to be returned must be shipped within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of their receipt. Products can be returned by shipping the package using the courier of your choice. It is not possible to exchange the chosen product with another.

CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:

  • A communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal must be sent to Istituto Biochimico Farmaceutico FASSI Spa within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, either via email to commerciale@mental4smoke.com or by registered letter to the Seller’s address: Istituto Biochimico Farmaceutico FASSI Spa Via Nazionale Sud n.3 18027 Chiusanico (IM) - Italia
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (in the case of sealed products, the packaging must remain sealed as originally delivered).
  • Returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept products from the same order that are returned and shipped at different times.
  • Returned products must be shipped within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If you have met all the required conditions, the Seller will refund the full price of the purchased products. Conversely, if your return cannot be accepted because it does not meet the conditions listed above, you will be contacted. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for their purchase.

REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
The refund will be processed by the Seller as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Seller was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The Seller will process the refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
